No show payment.

Hello good morning!

Yesterday i was supposed to receive my first guest from Bookings, the client did not show, so i marked it like a no show, i want to know how is the payment process for this cases.

That will depend on how you process your payments.  If using Payments by booking.com they will collect.  Unfortunately if guest is paying by cash at the property you can't collect anything.

Contact booking.com and ask for them to process payments for you.  They charge another 2% but worth it as then you don't get No shows.  When I first set up I was really shocked that people do this but people in hotel industry know it happens.  Some guests book multiple places and then choose when they arrive at location.

Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.

If you marked it as No Show  then depending on your cancelation policy which I cannot check since you did not complete your partner profile.

Please do so and add the property link 


So assuming Cancelation policy says no refund for Non Refundable rate , and you use Payments by Booking, then you get pay out based on the option you set .

4 times a months or 15th after the month.


If you didnt set up Payments by Booking , the payments default to pay on arrival. So if this is the case and a No Show you get nothing.


If you have a Booking VCC in the reservation details page, then you can use a POS/EPOS/Virtual terminal from sumup or payrexx, etc to charge the card.
