I have a guest wich did not show, and my police is that if the guest does not show or make cancelation 30 days before arrival, full amount is charged. Does booking.com takes the money from the guest and send it ty my bank account because when the reservation was made I could not see the credit card details, because the guest is paying in cash when it comes. Thank You.
According what I know, cash payment is not an option for Booking. I suppose that if Booking does not receive money from the guest, they consider his request as cancelled.
