Perhaps you are logged in with a user that does not have the required rights to view the credit card details. What kind of "error" or message do you see when you try to click the button to view them?
If you logged in with a user that does have the required rights, reach out to customer service. There might be something else that is preventing you from viewing the virtual credit card details.

When I put cursor on view credit card detail it changed to no access icon
I am not sure why this is happening, but customer service should be able to find out. I would suggest giving them a quick call about this.
