Non payment from booking??

I have been waiting 3 months now to get paid from booking.com?

anyone else having issues?

4 bookings complete and haven’t recieved a penny from them. I get an answer to my email saying there working on it but honestly that’s been way too long?

anyone having the same issue?

welcome 

  • to confirm did you actually sign up for one of these prepayment options and receive confirmation BdC accepted you into those program features:
  • BdC Online Payments - VCC issued - requires a 3rd party pay processor service , square, sumup etc
  • Payments bY Booking - pays to your bank account on 15th of the following month or weekly Thursdays.
  • moving to 3rd party prepayment is much better , see my article below.

Thanks for the reply , I just used the payment by bcc option. 

I gave them my bank details, then I noticed a digit wrong so changed it. They told me everything was ok and someone was looking in too it and I would be paid in 10 days after the Thursday. That was 2 months ago now.

I have now put in a complaint and found the correct way to contact them, im still waiting though . How hard can it be so look into where my money is going...pretty frustrating as it feels like im doing ti for free currently. Im sure they will sort it?? juts how long will it take.
