Non payment of commission

I have had no payment since October, despite several phone calls, emails to booking.com this has not been resolved, and booking.com don't seem to care, I am now hundreds of pounds out of pocket, they took the money off of my guests, but won't forward it to me. I have now been forced to close as I cannot afford to have guests and no payments,

Contact BdC Support as per the visual guide below or the short version here:



1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Subtopic : Other, then Call, phone number is revealed
