Non-refundable x2

I was just wonder why did apear 2 times not-refundable of 10% and how can i corect this ? I only put 10% and after i modify for 5% but didnt update yet! Also 20% its too much!

Open calendar - list view ,expand on left the rate plans / promotions.

Also on reservations list > reservation detail you will see a break dow nof the price and references to the rate plan /promotion used.
