Not being paid

Just trying to get hold of booking.com to understand why i have not been paid. I activated my payment details and it stated money was send by 10 December. It now Christmas. They took commission. I am wondering if there is anybody at booking .com that can tell me why i have not received my money.

Hi Ines Bruins! Thanks for posting in the Community! 

Please check the status of the payment in the Finance tab. If its marked as not paid and the deadline has passed, check if the bank details are correct.

If its marked as paid and it passed more than 10 days since the payment was done, please check with your bank.

I had activated the payment status and have also been to the bank to double check. My bank details are correct and still not received my money. Where is someone that I can talk to and that they can check what is going on? I have never had an issue with other companies like air b and b. So not sure what to do and I have more people booked but with no money coming in I need to cancel them which I dont like to do. Can you provide me with a phone number that I can call please? thanks Ines

"I had activated payment status" What does that mean? That you've just entered your bank details? Or that you actually activated feature "Payments By Booking.com"? I am asking this because many people assume that when they just enter their bank information in extranet they will get paid which is not correct.

as I said before I have activated my bank account details and that is all visible as it states in green "active". it also states the amount I suppose to have received not later then 20 December. unfortunately nothing has been received so far. 

can you explain if I have activated my payment status in extranet where else do I need to activate this as well?

If you see the "Getting paid" page in the drop-down menu, you're currently active.  Perhaps the cause are hollidays etc.. but you can still send a message to Booking.com via extranet.

thanks yes I am sure it is active. It would be helpful if there was someone to talk to instead of messaging as I have tried to send messages and no reply as yet. In all other websites there is the possibility to chat online so someone can check why the payment hasn't come through. anyway thanks for your help.
