Not Getting Paid by Booking.com
Booking.com have not been paying us for reservations paid for through the site. We have outstanding payment from stays in the first week of September and they do not reply to messages. Are Booking.com going bust? Do partners need to stop reservations paid through the site?

We are also facing the same problem since the 3rd of September, calling them so far has been useless :(
i mean call BdC support not the finance team

Also Called that phone number if i press the financial option it fowards to the general inquires that basically it's the extranet support. They just say that they will send a msg to the financial dpt and that i have to wait and hope for the best, basically. They just assure me that they will pay me, just don't know when!
Basically what they are saying we know we are wrong, but don't worry and have faith we will pay you one day, sooner or later just hang on.
I heard that same speech when some of the Portuguese Banks Branch managers saying "Your money is safe with us" when actually on the next couple of weeks the banks failed and filled for chapter 11 (bankruptcy/insolvency) and with them many of the savings of a lifetime of work of many people evaporated with the them.
So i'm not sorry if i don't trust any company, big or small specially a company that's failing with their promises and in breach of their agreements!
