Not receiving payment

It’s been like two months and I’ve yet to receive my payments from June. First they tried to blame me say my account information was wrong so we verified it and it was NEVER wrong. Then they sent me an email said my SSN was wrong. I’ve had the same SSN for 30+ years and it was not wrong. Then told me they don’t see my stays and made me calculate the stays and show proof. Then said oh we see. Crazy thing is they pay for July but not June. Over $1200 and I’m going in debt because I have to pay for my property while they hold my money. I tried to set up direct debit and it won’t allow you to so I don’t need anyone asking if I did. I’ve done everything with no resolution
