Not receiving payments

Since the 14th February I have not been paid 6 bookings in total it keeps telling me my bank details are incorrect and to change them they were correct but I changed them anyway to my other bank and they are still saying incorrect they are not in correct and no matter how many times I message them or phone them I am still not being paid I don't think they have even tried to pay me.

Hi no I still have not Been paid I have had to put my property on snooze as I am now owed 6 payments nearly £1000.
