notification from bookings

 Can someone please summarise for me ,exactly what bookings meant by the notification,sent in regards to cancellation and no-shows> 

Trust me,it is very long and i seem not to be getting the message.

Booking.com,sent me a message,i suppose,all patners received it,

The topic is Updated GDP,WITH REGARDS To Cancellations and over-no shows,it is very long,and i did not seem to understand ,the lesson, to be learnt in it,can anyone explain,what they understand.
