One new guest arrive at home I knew it but now don't appear in the booking reservation

I received one reservation around 2 months ago,   but later  the guest don't appeared more  in my reserve list.

Suddenly yesterday,  I received one notification from Booking, that the guest will arrive. But I haven't possibilities to see the reservation page.  So I  haven't access to the Virtual Card for to received the money paid for the guest .

I wrote for help but I didn't received any answered.

What can I do now??

Hi Nora Esquivel,

Oh no, that sounds bad. Did you try looking for the reservations page on a Personal computer AND on the Pulse app?

Perhaps it's time to phone a friend at Booking.com. Ask them to see what's going on.

Also, (simple question) are you sure you were logged into the extranet when you checked for the reservation?
