I just had an overbooking and cancelled this by calling to guest. How can I arrange that the payment will return to the guest or his credit-card is not charged with the amount?!

If you have guest agreeing then all you do it open the reservation details page, click on right pane, Request To Cancel, choose option2.
Now wait for guest to open the email notification and click agree,
All done :)
Arrival would have been today... How can I contact costumer service???
