overdue commission

I have not received the commission from two bookings.  One couple left after their 3-day stay on the 26th of August and the other couple left on the 29th of August.  It is now the 4th of November and still no payment.  I have spoken to many booking.com agents on the phone explaining and asking the reason for this.  I received an email saying it has been passed for payment but no payment has gone into my bank.  Therefore I have closed my room off for any further bookings until this outstanding payment has been received
