Overpayment by booking
Our guest had booked 4 nights ( booking number *** ) with PayPal payment. In the beginning of the visit our customer asked us if it was possible to cancel the last night and we replyed that they have to contact booking for approval. Booking then contacted us and we gave premission to cancel the last night. We withdraw the new sum from the credit card, given by booking, and tought evertything was OK. Now the customer contacs us and informed that booking have withdraw the full sum for 4 nights. Please investigate the reason for this action.

Sorry to hear your payment stbut since this is only a Partner Community you have to resend your message request through your Extranet inbox or Finance tab directly to BDC to support you.

So here is the simple truth of it:
1. you only charged the BdC issued VCC info the new amount and not the full.
2. guest contacts you about being charged for the full amount by BdC.
Reality Check:
So unless I'm missing something due to something else not shared above, there is no further action for you with that guest.
