I am very sorry but we have to quit renting Villa Girasole, ID 1132795. The Villa was managed by Isabelle Costantini, that gave us very good service.

We found a serious problem and we have to replace all the water system, including two boilers, reservoir tank, etc. 

We do not have the money it requires, so we cannot afford it.

So until a further notice, please remove us from all your listings.

We already have one reservation (unpaid) for 25/7-14/8 2020, and we have to cancel it.

Do you send a notice to the guests?

Please approve ASAP.

BDC accounts do not monitor this forum of fellow hosts, like yourself.

In the first instance close out your room(s) on your extranet calendar and then contact BDC directly within extranet.

For the existing booking ask the guest to cancel or use the invalid credit card system to cancel the booking.
