I have just received my 1st billing from booking.com and it is incorrect. I have been trying to find a way to contact them to sort this but nothing seems to fit.
I'm not very technologically savvy. Best would be a phone call but I can't seem to get a number where someone actually answers the phone. So it appears I'm being charged for a booking that didn't happen or was a no show...I don't recognize the guest name.
What can I do that doesn't require following a lot of computer steps that I may not understand---(Can you tell I'm almost 70 years and not equipped for this??)

If you have no shows you have to inform BDC through your Extranet Reservation tab so BDC doesn’t charge you commission.
Have in mind beginnings are always difficult...
