I have a booking for tonight booked as 3 double rooms and on your booking system it says 5 adults and 8 children so 1 the price is wrong and 2 the card details have been declined so i would like to cancel the booking, but i cant seem to get through on the phone

Very sad situation...

Since this is only a Partner Community you definitely have to contact BDC directly through your Extranet inbox tab or call your local BDC.

  1. Firstly, the simple answer is unless it is drastically wrong, you will have to accept the booking as is.
  2. Secondly, consider the hassle and potential customer rage, and potential loss of revenue if they agree cancellation and no one else books for those dates., is it really worth it?
  3. I would digest that and then go fix the problem for other future bookings.
