Owner Cancellation


We have several bookings in the coming months. Due to Coronavirus and Govt Guidelines we wish to cancel these and refund all monies. How do we go about this?

 Not been able to find anything on this on the forum and any help greatly appreciated

Simply message the guests of the intent and then click on cancel on the the right side of each one to kick off the process.

They then get an email with option to request waiver to get full refund.

You then accept it and its done.


Assuming you didnt take direct prepayment of course.

Deposits are another thing entirely, and up to you.
