paid really low.

Hi there,

I am very new to booking.com. I have advertised the room as $100 NZD per night. I just saw my first guest booked paying only $4.50 per night for a night. I do not know how this happened.

What should I do now?

Cant have the guests with $4.50 including breakfast.

It is always really useful to do a search as if you are a guest and check out rates for various dates, number of nights, etc.

I am sure the guest must be expecting that this is a mistake.  If your country's Consumer law allows for you to go back and say it was a genuine mistake and I am allowed to change, then that is what you should do.  Send personal message or even give them a call, explain and apologise.  You cannot cancel it yourself but you can request guest to, via Reservation, Request cancellation.

Also, go into Rates, Calendar - use List view and check out your rates.  You can bulk edit to update detail.  

If you need to contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet (Option booking.com messages) or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.

Calendar List View, and then expand each rate plan / promotion on first column, click them to expand and see the cost shown to guest.
