When I asked to enter my bank details i fill all the blanks with correct data, by clicking "Validate", they asked me to enter my account number knowing that it's already seized

Check there are no accidential whitespaces before or after in each field. Or maybe you have put space in between parts instead of just sequential without spaces.

Just to clarify are you trying to set your IBAN details for paying BDC invoices for commission ?
