Pay Invoice - Apartment Kolo

Hello Booking,
I want to pay my invoice but you refuse .
I dont see invoice on time and now when i want to pay i cant.
Please can you tell me how to pay?

Hi @Dejan Tarana

If you go into the Finance tab, you will find the invoices that have been issued every month.

If you recently requested to pay your invoices online, under the "outstanding balances" you will find a blue button, to pay through a Credit Card, please click on that button. 

However, if you wish to pay it through bank transfer, and you are showing the above button, you need to request the Credit Control team to reissue the invoice to display the bank information or request the bank information directly so that they can send it to you.

To contact the Credit Control Team, please go into the Inbox tab >>Booking Messages >> under the HELP part, look for invoices and contact options until the "message" option is displayed and send the message to the team requesting payment through transfer.

If you want to keep the wire transfer as your preferred payment method, do mention it on your message so you get the invoice with the information since it is issued.
