Paying the Commission

I received an invoice for the commission due. However, I have not accepted any reservation so far for my property. Can someone reach out to me and help me out? I also have one reservation which I requested the guest to cancel a month ago, I am not sure if it is actually canceled. My property is not ready to accept booking at this point. I tried to call customer service phone number, however, the line cannot get through as I don't have a pin for the reservation number.
