my details have not changed and the bank account number provided is correct.

I have the same. This is not a first time when payouts are delayed. It'd be small problem if this service was free or included in commision. But this is paid service which fails once a month minimum.

Why Booking don't reply to our legitime questions about our money. There are problems ? Why is blocked one of the most charged month? July it will be blocked and the payouts delayed . Why not in winter? It seems big problems with cash-flow ! Even for us, if Booking don't send our money !

Can you please raise this issue to your executives as we are asking for the immediate payouts of our pending payout due from months earlier!  Booking owes us our money and is delaying in sending out the payouts causing harm and damage to our businesses. THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE and misconduct on booking's part in pausing the payments for such a long time. Please act responsibly and send out the pending payouts.

This obviously hasn't been resolved we are still being fobbed off every message and phone call. We are still owed money from April and May. Can you advise when we will receive our payments  and how to make a formal complaint. This is ridiculous!

We are living the same problem! 
Our february and May payouts are not received and booking.com is blaming us for not having “the correct” bank details, when it is indeed correct! This is a huge scam, they are making millions from cashflow while we are struggling to keep our properties cashflows together!! You should be responsible Booking and send out the payouts in the oromised time at least, and instead of blaming us (!) invest in a proper finance team to solve these issues and send the payouts immediately instead of delaying it to the next and the next month and the next! Stop making money from our cashflow!

I've had the same problems. I still haven't been paid for a guest you stayed in April! What does everyone think of this last message to partners that I got this morning? Halting all payments to us at one the BUSIEST times of the year is a money grab folks! How are we small businesses supposed to stay afloat?
"We’re writing to inform you that we're performing maintenance to our finance system on 1 - 11 July 2023, as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the products and services we provide you. During this period some of our financial services will be impacted.

Payout for reservation check-outs from 28 June onwards will be processed by 24 July 2023 in one consolidated payment. Regular payout schedule is expected to resume by 27 July 2023". I mean WTF

same here. still waiting for payment since April and now we get a message from booking.com to say we won't be paid during the busiest time of the year sue to them overhauling their finance systems. it's a money grab. they are not above board

Yes, it's true, I also face the same problem. I didn't get the reservation fee since April. I message the guest but she did not respond to me. And I have a past guest last week and also she did not pay the reservation fee.

Same problem here. We havent received any payment since april. Instead of paying us, booking is blameing us for opting out payments from them, which is hilarious! Who would like to accomodate guests on their own costs and choose NOT to be payed by booking? 
Now, after april and may without payments we sent them message and told booking that our small company is not able anymore to accomodate guests without payments, we had to take loans for to pay the staff and all the costs for last 2 months. We got a reply, that if we deny to accommodate the guests(and booking will pay us sometime) they will relocate the guests to a more expensive accommodation an we will have to pay the difference! 
It seems like we have to hire a lawyer now, again on our expense.

The message "payout is being processed" is not the same with "issued". They delay to send our money ! Why? And why is not someone responsible  for this? How we can pay the utilities bills, when we don't receive our money from Booking? Is something premeditated to close us? OK No problems for us, but it will be problems with clients which will be refused to accommodate, because we can't offer normal conditions( watter, electricity...etc, because Booking didn't sent our money). It will be only Booking's fault ! We are very sorry for this situation but is not generated by us !

The big problem could be if the guests will be refused at accommodation, because of closed property due to unpaid utilities bills , due to unpaid payouts by Booking !? Who will be responsable of this?

They don't care about us. They freeze 1 month and this could be the beginning of problems ! Booking delays the payouts.....................this means problems ? Who knows ! We have to care about our money? Nobody answer to our questions ! Legitime questions ! They don't care about us !

Hi! I am a usual user of the Booking site and registered here only to report a bug with the payments page. I do not have an input field for the security number when I want to register (or update) my credit card. Last time, during my trip to Poland in May, I had a problem with paying one of the owners. They could not take money from my card and I think it was because I did not provide the secret number (as I usually do on another site). So that time, the owner sent me a link for payment and I paid through it. But it was a very nervous moment. I was waiting since the morning when the owner will take the money (and it was just before my trip, so it could be a variant that I would not have found a new variant to stay). So I did not miss his message where he said that I have only 1 hour for payment or otherwise I would lose my booking. So I do not want to have such a user experience in the future. I am going to look for new opportunities to book, but I think I need to solve this problem first.

Here we go again. No payment processed and commission invoice marked 'red' even though they deduct it direct from the payout! 

I thought that yhey updated they finance system _ its beyond a joke! 

Are BCM in financial trouble??
