if i want the guest to pay at the property how can i do it. Because the guest have only one option is paying through online payment only.

By default as a new partner unless you have signed up for and been approved, for Payments by Booking, it will always be directly to , based on what you set and put into the new reservation template, and if you set prepayment on or off in Policies.


You need to be clear on if you have been approved for Payments by Booking.

If you are or BdC Online Payments, then you need to opt out.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
