I would like customer to pay deposit by transfer money direct to my bank account.
And balance can pay cash on check in. So, how I can set it up ?

Pay cash is just standard payment option. You need to manually contact the guest prior to check in and collect the deposit that way, booking.com does not get involved in the deposit process.

But on my property list, the payment show it will charge by booking.com on behalf of owner which is I need to change I trying to change this policy but can not. :(
Before I can correct other wrong details by log in but now it seem some details can not do by ourselves.

However, I would strongly advise NOT to do cash collection yourself at property as you get lots of people just not showing up and you have no way to collect payment.
Whatever your payment option you will have to collect deposit yourself.
