It depends on what you are trying to achieve ultimately.

Most will advise go to Finance Menu >> Get Paid, and enable Payments by Booking.com.

Then set rates accordingly and are prepaid, non refundable, with a cancellation policy.

If you want to take direct payment on arrival by cash, then bear in mind the risk of no shows etc. If you could give more concise detail as to what you want to achieve, we , your fellow partners can share ideas.
