I was confuse about payment method, as I was never been told by Thailand call center about customer paying at the checkin date at the property. So I thought it was advance payment through booking.com all along. As the booking mail itself gave didnt mention, collect payment at property but said payment by credit card. So I thought they have already paid all along. Now, thats mean I did not collect payment from 4 earlier bookings and I cannot go see their credit card details anymore. Is there anyway I can collect those payment from customer?
