Hello. I'm new as a hostess in BOOKING, though I´m not new at renting my property.
I have doubts about reservations and payments. What I usually do, and I'd desire to do with this system, is to get 50% of the total in advance in order to hold the reservation, and the other 50% at the arrival of the passengers.
Is that possible? I'm getting a message of passengers arriving in January, no payment in advance.....so what happens if they don't show up in January? I do miss the opportunity of renting and spent a lot of energies expecting them, for nothing?
I'd appreciate someone give me more information about this issue. Otherwise I would consider leaving the site.
