Payment

Hello,

I'm new to Booking.com How does our lodge collect payment that you have already collected from our guests. Is there a virtual card? Any help would be great.

welcome 

  • typically the person who created the account would know what they signed up for 
  • if nothing, then by default guest pays you
  • you ca nthen define a process for prepayment into the message template - NEW Reservation
    • consider getting a payment service provider not BdC, suc has Square, Sumpup etc
    • add a time limit to prepay
    • when they fail to comply , click request cancel , then option1, then phone partner support to expedite freeing up inventory
