Payment
Hi everyone! I've been trying to get a hold of booking.com customer support via email and call but they said they are having maintenance issues.
My concern is how many days before our guests' payment reflects on our bank account? We've had our first guest in our unit and they stayed last month. However, we still have not received their payment in our bank account. We're quite worried as we have already received multiple bookings for the coming month and we're worried that their payment does not go through as well.
Hope someone can help. I've also tried to reach out to booking.com via extranet inbox but they still have not responded and its been days.

Hi BrookAve thanks so much for this. So that means the first person who stayed in our unit did not pay us since we did not know that the they have to pay us directly. So what is the sense of our bank account details in our profile? haha

It's literally that
I.e. you decide what 3rd party methods you accept.
The only times having your bank info into extranet page matters if you are on BdC online payments, aka VCC method, and then opt out, a one time payment is then sent to it.
The other time is if you have an active Payments by Booking agreement, its weekly or monthly plus upto 5or 7 days to arrive
