Good morning to everyone,
I had a reservation from 21/05 to 05/06. When I checked my payments on pulse, it was planned for 26th of May with the amount of this reservation. When I checked the payment history on 27th nothing appears to that list... No payment history for 2022. I have chosen to receive my payments once a week. This is my first guest from booking.com and this is very frustrating...
After I called booking.com they told me that I am going to receive the payment at 01/06 even if the guest checks out on 05/06.
Can someone help me understand the way booking.com pays the owner?
