Payment and Refund

Hello,

Please can someone call me immediately to discuss payment? We have 3 properties listed on booking.com and still haven't had any payments through.. 

I have also had an email saying we have to refund a guest stay. They didn't come and stay at the property and I also let them aware that property had been listed incorrectly 3 months in advance of their initial inquiry.

I'd like to speak to someone over the phone as a matter or urgency please.
