payment by bank transfer from booking.com

HI there, I am unable to process virtual credit cards, and I have received one through booking.com, even though I understood we werent meant to get them. Any how I have now switched this off, but have a guest staying that has paid direct to booking.com and so I cant charge here, booking.com have said to set up my bank details in their system, which I have done, but not sure where I notify them this particular booking needs to be paid to me via bank transfer from them after guest check out
