PAYMENT FOR BOOKING ***

The customer for that reservation didn't show. Didn't came up.

According to the policy of our property for that reservation is

1st-->If the customer cancel i will b payed in total

2nd-->I will be payed the total amount in any case

Also i don't have the credit card of the customer in order to get my payment.

Could you please help me have my money for that reservation ?

but if you dont have prepay enabled then you wont get a penny.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
