Payment from Booking.com

I have one booking in which the guest already paid upon made the booking. its been more than a month the guest already check out but I have not ben received payment from the booking.com. on the other hand the commission for that booking I already transferred to Booking.com 


when I read some question on this group i saw more people experience the same thing. 

Dear booking.com it seems you got a problem for cases like mine. 

if you do not want to transfer payment why not do cutting from existing commissions. pleas do something on this it really need to work out.   

it is really different like the other booking engines. please do something to make your service even better.
