Payment from booking.com
My property ID 4075544. I not get January payment from booking.com till. Many times I wrote messages . But unfortunately they not deposit my payment till.
I am happy if someone could help me.

And what did Booking.com reply to your messages? No explanation? No answers?
Yes they have started Cheating their partners, I'm also one of the victim, they pay me short amount upon asking why paid short, they saying its a system error & din't pay remaining till now, issued credit note which I cannot used as My amount is big & I dont have any future bookings from Booking.com, when called them started giving rubbish answers & lies.
Hope somebody looking into these seriously, I thought Booking.com is good company and Honest, but got very bad Experienced from them
My experiences (getting paid) with Booking.com are great and I am working with them since 2009. I noticed most hosts that have issues with BDC are from India. Obviously policies are different in those countries comparing to Europe...

Do you have the same feature in your extranet?
Yup the same feature they introduce in Mid of Dec 2018 for the first month Means Dec Check-outs they settle the payments on 15th Jan, but Jan Check-outs they only paid me partially & now they scrap these feature from 18th Feb 2019.
These seems they introduce these feature to Cheat their partners, As they have to pay us money & Hold partial money so that we can offer some promotions to guests at very low rates & adjust that amount against their commission, such a cheap & low class thinking from them.
Now if that unpaid amount I have to adjust against their commission I have to wait for complete year to Offset my amount.
So please beware of these Frauds, even they'll not entertain you once the ball is in their court. Hope you understand. Wrote them several times even called to their Credit Control team nothing positive response from them.
Sorry to hear that but I can not relate, we don't have this kind of problems here. I mean if this is exactly what are you saying I would defenitely leave BDC. Getting paid is the one thing that matter most.
As I could remember, Booking has changed the policy on taxes for India. Now it's obligation of the host to pay taxes and its mandatory.
India has been known for very uncomfortable and bureaucratic tax system, so I wouldn't be surprised if Booking was pressured by the government to comply with the law.
Your January will fall into 2 bills - bookings before January 15 and after January 15. That means that your payout for January 25 will arrive before March 15.
Also I don't see any connection between Booking holding your money partially and you offering low rates. Keep your rates as you find them reasonable for yourself.
The reason why Booking is holding your money, is because collecting money from credit cards payments and securing themselves against charbacks takes 30 days. Plus 15 days is enough to settle and process payouts to hosts. That's my estimation.
Nice input Katerinka. Quite a few hosts were not telling the real facts or are just not informed well about the policies, laws in their country ect..

Don't get to the conclusion with half knowledge, as per Payments by Booking.com feature they must settle all the payments for the check out of the month by 15th of the next month.
Here the case is open & clear as guest check-in dec last week & check-out first week of the Jan 3- 4 resp. so they supposed to pay us by 15th Feb as they had already collected the payments from Guests in Dec itself as our rates were Non-refundable for New year time.
They had pay me partial amount saying it was system error when I had notified I got short payments to them, Now they know its their Mistake still they dont want to rectify it & let me suffer.

Booking.com told me to show this at the bank.After checking Bank told me booking.com not deposited
Bank told me to give a complaint

If they are paying you then its fine or else you'll be in a situation like me, they are not even replying to messages send through Extra-net & upon calling they'll answer that we cannot do anything its system error, we'll check with the superior & let you know. Really *** these Booking.com team.

Yes of course I have seen the thread. Booking.com facilitates my payments ever since I have listed my property and I am very happy with it. I dont have to chase guests with payments and thats a relief of worries.
