Good day.  We are still new to the industry.

We have had two bookings and payment was taken via credit card.  I received a commission invoice from, but still did not receive payment from on my money taken for my accommodation.

According to your contract it stipulates you pay us 14 days after booking and my bookings was made 13-16 February 2022.

Please can you give me an update?
