Payment complaint

It is more than one month a payment of stayed reservation that was already paid had been deducted from the payout and there is no reason for this mistake snd i sent many messages to booking and also called but no answer so please help how to handle it

I sent an invoice for the amount they owe me. I finally got the money last friday.

I've just noticed I haven't had any payments since last month.

Don't remember exactly, but my invoice had I think 10 days or was it 14 days....anyway they paid before due date.I had marked with red text on invoice that it would go directly to the Bailiff if it wasn't paid on time.

After this problem I opened my Cottage for new guests and payment seems to come as it should without me getting angry.

I am sailing in the same boat. 

Booing.com system  is very unfriendly  or the  finance department  is very poor and incompetent

I am expiriencing the same issue, they suddenly say my branch code is wrong yet l have not adjusted my bank details and the bank has not changed any details. The finance department responded to me after a few days addressing an issue l never reported ignoring my issue and messages. Bdc is only efficient when it comes to collecting their payments they don't care about partners welfare or anything. My guests are having to do without wifi because of Bdc very soon my water and electricity will be off so lve jus opted to change my payment system and use other alternatives rather than Bdc.

hello, can you please help me out? I keep ringing booking.com and wasting my time on the phone and nothing is sorted, I have money to receive since august 2022 , there is any email address were I could write an email to whoever is in charge of payments?
