payment from customers

hello, I have a problem with my clients, they are reserving my house and in the end they cancel it, I am not receiving any payment from them for cancellation and I can't see the bank details to withdraw the money according to the condition and the law who is on the booking.

can you tell me how to withdraw the money of the clients who reserve my villa.

  • you should setup a 3rd party method
  • by default -guest pays you
  • As a new partner Payments by Booking will not be available to you.
  • So you must instead use 3rd party prepay methods
  • define then the process with a time limit into message template - New Reservation
  • this now enables you to click Request Cancel then option 1 when they fail to prepay within 24h-48h.
  • its a fantastic cure to prevent No Shows and fake reservations.  
  • Note: You are never limited to just BdC payment methods, this is a myth many assume.
