Payment didnt get thru

Hai there,

regarding email received, i already ask my bank  the problem. They already checked and say the problem is from booking.com’s account bank. 
I already change the account number couple of times. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.

 

my bank ask me to ask from you the documentation that shows the transection.
