A PAYMENT IS DUE BY BOOKING TO MY ESTABLISHMENT

Hello,

I am just upset by Booking.com

Customers left my propriety on 09/05. We have called Booking two times, sent some messages through our Extranet. No Answer, No Payment.

Is it fair?

You have the money from our Customer, but you prefer to keep it on your account! If you think it's the right way to do business, it's your policy. But it is not the way I want to work with Partners.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Just let me know when the due payment since 09/06, day after departure of our guest is going to be made.

Easy question, request any easy answer.
