a guest who has booked online and has done his payment online with his visa or MasterCard will be checking in today with us at Peemens Guesthouse meanwhile his payment didn't come to us as we the host of the guest I want to know how am I, as the owner going to get that money he paid ? below is the screenshot of his claim his booking details as follows Channel:

it looks like you have booking.com collect your guest fees and after the 15th of the month you will get reimbursed your share.
go to the admin portal and check your settings under finance. If booking.com collect your money it will look like this:
