Payment of Invoice: Been failing since April 2021

Hello Team,

 

I am from Ghana , and I have been paying for my invoice using Flutterwave and link to Mobile money.

 

But since April 2021 , the transaction keep failing. 

 

Please I need advise.

 

I had written to credit control several times but they keep sending automated message. No one had called to help me solve.

 

 

How can I get to speak to customer care for support apart from email

After Finance Team there is only Partner Support best to message them first, so a case is logged, then follow up with a phone call

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Please I have done that but no contact show for Ghana.

 

Only message. And I sent message but didn't get helpful response
