Booking.com still owes me for October’s money. And now since twee weeks ago they say my banking details need s to be updater but I can’t update it as it is the correct details so now not only don’t they pay me for some of October’s money but also I am not receiving any money for November.
I have changed my settings that guests pay cash now! I am so tired of booking.com! I have queried this since 31 October and still no one has come back to me and I msg them daily and call them daily! I have lost all my confidence in Booking.com! And would not recommend it to anyone! In fact I tell all my guest that we as partners are battling to get our money from booking.com
