The payment method

Hello I have a new host self managing my propriety So far I accept Cash even that I wish to get the money with credit card In Albania we can't use thr PayPal ( PayPal doesn't cover our country) Under the policies I setup I accept thencars credit, but I not sure if the guests are allowed to proceed ( the table od show card details stays always not acitvated) May someone has faced this problem? Thank you in advance
