PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED

I have not received a payment since September 2022. I contacted Booking.com via Help a few times, asking someone to call me.

I got the following message: Dear Partner,

"We have sent your message to our specialised team. They will review it and get back to you as soon as possible. Nothing else is needed from you in the meantime.

The Booking.com Team"

Nobody has contacted me thus far.

Can someone please give me a contact telephone number

I have received the same message when I contacted them for not being paid. Even worse Bcom changed payment method without any warning. Recently they started to transfer gross amount and after they asked me to pay them back the commission. Now I have unpaid invoice to booking even they owe me for the same reservation. Maybe it is a plan to shut down my property and to keep the money they owe me. I am sure that this post will be deleted that is why I am making print screen.
