Payment not received - ref 3338690916

Good morning, 

I have a guest that checked in 1 August 2022 check out date 15 August 2022, the amount paid by the client is R3991.68 but I still have not received the funds, the pay out date on bookings.com shows pay out date 18 August 2022, I know it usually takes 10 days but today is the 5th of September and I still have not received the funds.

Kindly assist me in this matter.
