payment not received through booking.com
I recently just face a problem with booking.com payment receiving... 1. booking.com claim that they have sent to my bank accounts since 30th dec 2020.
But now its already 5th jan 2021, payment is not received.
2. My guests have check into my unit and checked out... but why does the booking.com wants me to mark as no show? The payment is not paid and yet to received...

Remmber that since 30th december has been bank holidays and typical transfer times will vary across weekends too.
Wait until Mon 11th at latest.
Also check the IBAN info is correct on Extranet Finance, Bank Details.

Are you signed up for Payments By Booking?
or Bdc Online payments?
or are you by default on collect from guest directly?
did someone in BdC by phone or message contact you to say to mark as No Show?
