Payment problem

I have 2 reservation on booking. I gave all the necessary card numbers and it took out the money from the card 2 times. All of sudden yesterday morning Booking took again 150€ but its nonsense. What is this amount of money and why?

It is unbelievable that there is no phone number which i can call if i have a problem. It was the last time a booked something here.

Never post action requests here, nothing will happen

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Choose Account
Now choose Other
Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
